UnityAuto.in acts as a facilitator, helping users and tourists connect with independent local e-auto drivers for transportation services. UnityAuto.in and Tour Guru Travel Agency do not own, operate, or control the vehicles, nor do we employ the drivers listed on the platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Use of Services

Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian laws. You agree not to misuse the platform in any way that:

• Violates any law or regulation in India
• Causes inconvenience, damage, or harm to drivers, users, or the platform
• Impersonates UnityAuto.in, Tour Guru Travel Agency, staff, users, or drivers
• Disrupts or interferes with platform functionality

Nature of Service

UnityAuto.in is a service-based platform that:

• Provides booking assistance
• Connects users/tourists to local e-auto drivers
• Acts as an intermediary service provider under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000

We are not responsible for driving services, conduct of drivers, vehicle condition, punctuality, or travel experience, as these are managed by independent drivers.

Booking and Cancellation

• Users must provide accurate and complete booking information.
• Charges applicable to bookings will be displayed at the time of booking.
• Cancellation terms may vary based on the service and prevailing policy.

Driver Responsibility

The independent e-auto driver is solely responsible for:

• Safe and lawful driving
• Vehicle condition and documentation
• Compliance with local transport regulations
• Passenger safety during travel

• Availability of vehicles
• Service quality
• Timeliness
• Route assurance

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, text, graphics, interface, and platform elements available on UnityAuto.in are owned by UnityAuto.in / Tour Guru Travel Agency or licensed to us and are protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting platform content without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, UnityAuto.in, Tour Guru Travel Agency, their employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any personal injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience
• Service deficiency by independent drivers
• Vehicle condition or driver behavior
• Theft or loss of personal belongings during travel
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

UnityAuto.in operates strictly as a facilitator/intermediary and is protected under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnityAuto.in, Tour Guru Travel Agency, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal costs, or expenses arising out of violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or disputes with drivers.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any dispute, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Garudeshwar, Dist. Narmada, State-Gujarat 393151, India.

Changes to Terms

UnityAuto.in reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and become effective immediately. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
